Andrew P. Shea is the proud owner of Ocean Breeze Property Services.  Andrew graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1993 with a degree in Consumer Affairs and Political Science.  He did extensive training for Consumer Protection for the Attorney General and was a Construction specialist for Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Company.  His job entailed managing 30 lead hazard reduction properties.
